Don’t miss this opportunity to learn first-hand how to help your child succeed in French Immersion through participation in a workshop run by French Immersion early literacy teacher-mentor Sallie Boschung. Gain tips, ideas and practical advice about helping your child with:

• Learning to read in a 2nd language

• Resources to help at home

About the Presenter: Sally Boschung has worked as a reading specialist and 2nd language specialist in the public education system for over 25 years. She has also taught French Immersion (FI) Reading Methodology at university level, and frequently presents professional workshops for teachers. Besides teaching FI Grade 1, she works as a Reading Recovery Teacher Leader and FI Early Literacy Mentor for the Vancouver School Board.
