Reminder: Emergency Kit sales are open until April 2nd
Jocelyn Hewson from North Shore Emergency Services attended our last PAC general meeting and gave a very informative presentation on emergency preparedness for families. One way families can be prepared is to have an emergency kit, so we have re-opened our online fundraiser where you can purchase ready to go emergency preparedness kits.
Ross Road PAC has partnered with BC Quake to offer a discount off their regular retail priced safety and survival kits. And from our purchases, BC Quake will donate back to our PAC $20 from the sale of every earthquake kit and $10 from the sale of every vehicle kit.
Ordering is now open and will continue until April 2nd.
Orders will be delivered April 9th.
Upcoming Dates and Events at Ross Road:
- Kilometre Club
Kilometre Club starts up April 8th. Remember to submit your participation waiver to the school. Pick up a waiver at the school or request an electronic copy from the school office: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Movie Night
Our 2nd Ross Road Movie Night is coming up on April 12th. More details to come.
- Spring Carnival
Our annual Spring Carnival will be on May 31st.
Volunteers still needed
Valet is still looking for occasional parent helpers. It’s just 30 minutes of your time and it helps keep kids and parents safe.
