Past Fundraising

Fundraising makes an important contribution to the vitality and growth of the École Ross Road School community.

Fundraising provides our school with the financial means to acquire and/or upgrade equipment, supplies, material and programs beyond normal assistance covered by the District and Province.  The additional funds are an investment in our school to enhance programs, policies and activities.

Our usual fundraising events like our annual Christmas Fair and Spring Carnival provide a great opportunity for community-building however we are unable to host these gatherings this year. We like to have fun AND raise funds at the same time, so we are coming up with different initiatives this year!

1. Well Fed Lunch Delivery Program Continues

The Well Fed Direct-to-Home Lunch Program trial was a great success with families enjoying fresh pre-made lunches delivered right to their door. It was so successful that it will continue and will now be offered on-going.

Tired of making lunches?! With no hot lunch program running this year, this is a great alternative to give parents a break! Each week you get to choose, from a large variety of options, the number of lunches to be delivered to your home.

With each lunch purchased a donation is made back to the Ross Road PAC.

Order by Wednesday evening for the following week’s delivery.

And so, the rain ponchos were born. They are easy to wear, affordable and made with materials that meets the strict European environmental Oekotex Standard 100.
