At the PAC AGM (Annual General Meeting) on 25 May, 2011, we ratified the updated PAC constitution, so that it would better reflect new business practices brought on by advances in technology. The vote was a unanimous recommendation to approve the new constitution, which is reproduced in full in the document below.
