As outlined in the RR PAC Constitution:
The agenda for a General Meeting shall be distributed to all members and the Principal through the PAC Newsletter or website or by posting on the PAC Notice Board at school, at least 1 day prior to the meeting date and shall contain notice of the nature of the business to be dealt with at the meeting.
